Melanie connects science and society at the Berlin University Alliance. In this role, she organizes transdisciplinary networks of science, politics, civil society and the private sector. Melanie holds a PhD in Political Science and has developed a strong focus on multi-actor urban development. She was one of the editors of the transdisciplinary journal Interface – a journal for and about social movements and is an alumna of the Heinrich-Böll-Foundation.
