Ian is passionate about the intersection of policy and investment in the context of urban environments. Born and raised in LA, Ian currently works in NY as a Director of public private partnerships at the NYC Housing Authority. Prior, he worked on real estate and land use strategy at the NYC Economic Development Corporation. He focused on broadening the geography of NY’s economy and expanding access to jobs by incentivizing public and private investment adjacent to critical transportation infrastructure. Before NYCEDC, Ian worked for Tishman Speyer, focusing on development opportunities within the firm’s NY portfolio. He studied urban policy and investment at Georgetown University.
